Scrublifett.  Exchange Policy 

We want you to love your purchase from Scrublifett. Please review our exchange policy carefully before placing your order.

Eligibility for Exchanges
• Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
• Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, stains, odours, or damage will not be accepted.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded:
• Sale or clearance items
• Underwear, swimwear, or accessories (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

Exchanges Only (No Cash Refunds)
• Scrublifett does not offer cash refunds.
• Approved returns are eligible for:
• An exchange for another size or colour

Incorrect or Defective Items
If you received an incorrect or defective item from Scrublifett:
• Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
• Provide clear photos of the issue along with your order number.
• Once verified, we will arrange an exchange or replacement at no additional cost.

Exchange Process
1. Contact Scrublifett via messenger or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for exchange.
2. Once approved, return instructions will be provided.
3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, plus a $10 re-stock fee, unless the item was incorrect or defective.


Shipping Fees
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Any additional shipping costs for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility.

Processing Time
• Allow 3–5 business days after we receive your return for processing.

Important Notes
• Scrublifett reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet policy conditions.
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
